Returns & Limited Warranty
We are confident in your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it if the following conditions are met:
A shift in viewpoint (unwanted goods)
If you change your mind, you may return the goods to us within 14 days for a full refund via insured (to cover the cost of the goods) and signed for service.
Please note that returns for change of mind (e.g., guilt purchases) must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. Additionally, we require that remorse sales be returned in their original packaging, including all internal packaging, contents, and documentation.
Transport-related damage to goods
Please notify us immediately via email at email@example.com if any of the products you received are damaged or otherwise physically impaired. If we are notified of defective goods after two days, we will not accept responsibility.
If the goods are clearly damaged upon receipt, please refuse delivery or sign the driver's delivery note. Items must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we receive the item back into our warehouse, we will issue a replacement or a full refund via the original payment method.
Products that contain flaws
Items that are already deceased upon arrival (DOA - Up to 30 Days). If your item appears to be defective upon receipt, we recommend contacting us for technical assistance in order to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues prior to arranging a return.
Goods returned without a fault being detected are subject to a restocking/handling fee, which we will avoid by inspecting the item and obtaining a return to vendor authorization or DOA code from the manufacturer.
The item does not correspond to the description
If your item is not as described, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange for a free return and replacement.
After 30 days, defective products
If your item develops a fault after the 30-day DOA period, please contact the manufacturer as detailed below to have it repaired under warranty.
Unless otherwise specified on the product listing, all of our products come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty (or longer in the case of refurbished items; please refer to the item page for details). Please contact the manufacturer if your item develops a defect that is not the result of physical harm, liquid damage, negligence, abuse, or normal wear and tear and it is still within the manufacturer's warranty period.
