Returns & Warranty
We are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase. If you are not pleased, you will be entitled to return the items if the following conditions are met:
A change in perspective (unwanted goods)
If you change your mind, you can return the goods to us through insured (to cover the cost of the goods) and signed for service within 14 days for a full refund.
Please keep in mind that returns for change of mind (e.g. guilt purchases) must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. Furthermore, remorse sales must be returned to us in their original packaging, including all internal packaging, contents, and documentation.
Damaged goods during transport
If any of the products you got are damaged or otherwise physically impaired, please notify us immediately by email at email@example.com. If defective goods are confirmed after two days, we will not take responsibility.
Please deny delivery or sign the driver's delivery note if the goods are clearly damaged upon receipt. Return items in their original packaging, with all accessories and documents. We will give a replacement or a full refund through the original payment method once we receive the item back into our warehouse.
Products with flaws
Items that are dead on arrival (DOA - Up to 30 Days). If your item appears to be defective upon arrival, we recommend contacting us for technical assistance to troubleshoot and resolve any technical problems before arranging a return.
Goods returned with no fault detected are subject to a restocking/handling fee, which we will prevent by checking the fault and securing the return to vendor authorisation or DOA code by contacting manufacturer help.
Item does not match the description
If your item isn't as mentioned, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the info, and we'll arrange for a free return and replacement.
Products that are defective after 30 days
If your item develops a fault after the 30-day DOA span, please contact the manufacturer to have it repaired under warranty, as detailed below.
Unless otherwise mentioned on the product listing, all of our products come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty (or otherwise in case of refurbished items for which please refer to details on the item page).Please contact the manufacturer if your item develops a defect that is not caused by physical harm, liquid damage, negligence, abuse, or normal wear and tear and it is still within the manufacturer's warranty period.

It can take up to 5 working days for us to process your return once we receive it at our facility. During peak periods, this may take longer.
