We want you to be fully pleased with your purchase, so we suggest that you unpack and inspect it for damage as soon as possible. If you receive a defective product, please contact us via our Webchat service as soon as possible.

We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives on time and in perfect condition. If you don't receive all of your orders at once, you can use the tracking information included in your confirmation email to verify that they were shipped. If it isn't on its way, you can use our Webchat service to talk to one of our supportive colleagues right now. Please follow the directions in the shipping documents in the unlikely event that the product is defective.
All of our prices are in UGX Shillings, as you would imagine. The price of the items you purchase, the shipping charge (if any), and any extra services you select, such as premium delivery or installation, will make up the overall cost of your order. Both of these will be visible in your Shopping Basket before you place an order. When an order is submitted, payment is deducted.

We can use some details about you, including any obtained from our certified identity verification partner, when determining whether or not to accept your order. For example, we can provide your information to them so that they can check it against various public and private databases. This will aid in the protection of both you and us against fraudulent activities.

We may ask our courier to return the goods to our warehouse if we suspect a transaction is fraudulent, and we may cancel your order even if you have received the Order Confirmation email.
