To begin, don't be concerned if you make a mistake during your order; you can correct any input errors up until the payment is confirmed. You'll be given an Order Reference Number and details of the products (and/or services) you've ordered once you're satisfied that everything is correct and you've submitted an order. After that, you'll receive an email with the subject line "Order Acknowledgement," confirming that your order has been received. After that, we'll give you another email with the subject line "Order Confirmation." This second email also informs you of the method by which your goods will be shipped. We'll send you an email if we have to cancel all or part of your order for some reason.
We'll send you the Order Reference Number over the phone and mail you a copy of your receipt if you place an order by phone and don't have an email address.
We take all appropriate steps to ensure that all product and service details, descriptions, and prices are accurate at the time they are entered into the system. We sometimes have to keep our hands up and confess that we made a mistake by posting misleading information on the web accidentally (e.g. the price, description or availability of a product you have ordered). Even if you have received your Order Confirmation email, we will have to cancel your order in this case, and you will receive a full refund of any charges already charged.
All transactions relating to this website, as well as all non-contractual obligations arising from any transaction conducted on this website, are regulated by Ugandan Law and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Amendments to these terms and conditions will not be accepted.

All Reserve & Collect transactions are subject to the usual in-store terms of sale, statutory privileges, and the Manager's discretion because they take place in our stores. Simply bring your Reserve & Collect printout and/or reference number to our shop, and we'll sell you the products at the lower of the website price or the store price.
